June 2018  –  Important Dates

Dear Parents,

Here are some important dates to respect.

I- Last Days Schedule

For Preschool classes at Hazmieh & Jamhour:

Normal schedule all the days through till Friday, June 15^th, 2018 (last day).

Grades 1 ® 3 (Trilingual & French sections) at Hazmieh & Jamhour:

Normal schedule all the days through till Monday, June 18^th, 2018 (last day).

Grades 4 ® 11 (Trilingual & French sections) at Hazmieh & Jamhour:

Normal schedule all the days through till Friday, June 22^nd, 2018 (last day).

Pre-Nursery

• June 2018: Normal schedule all the working days.
• Summer 2018: The Pre-nursery opens for kids of 40 days to 3 years old, all the summer working days (at Hazmieh only) between 7:30 am & 2:30 pm (without lunch) for a fee of 425.000 L.L. per month.

II- Revision / Reading Days

• Grade 4 → Grade 8                                         the 19 – 21  of June 2018.
• Grade 10 – Grade 11                                        the 14 – 15 – 19 – 21  of June 2018.

III- Final Exam Days:   

• Grade 1 → Grade 3 (4^th Evaluation)                till June 18^th, 2018.
• Grade 4 → Grade 8                                         the 18 – 20 – 22 of June, 2018.
• Grade 10 – Grade 11                                        the 18 – 20 – 22 of June, 2018.

IV- Tuition Fees (VERY IMPORTANT)

All parents are requested to pay their tuition fees and settle their accounts before the beginning of the final exam.

V- Final Results of all students:   Thursday, July 5^th, 2018.

The school buses will not pass this day. Parents are to pick up the “Report Card” of their child/children (with or without them) between 8:00 am & 1:30 pm.

* Trilingual Section                                             at  Jamhour.

* Middle & Secondary (French section)                         at  Jamhour.

* Primary & Preschool  (French section)            at  Hazmieh.

VI- Summer Work (Obligatory):  Amount to be paid before June 13^th, 2018.

• EB6 ® EB1                              20.000  L.L.
• PS3                                            15.000  L.L.
• PS2 – PS1                                  10.000  L.L.
• Gr. 8, 7                                      30.000  L.L.
• Gr. 6 ® Gr.1                             25.000  L.L.
• KG3                                           20.000  L.L.
• KG1 – KG2                               15.000  L.L.

VII – Summer Camp:

The school’s summer camp will be held at Hazmieh (Petit Collège) from Friday, July 6^th till Thursday August 30^th, 2018. For more information, kindly refer to the summer camp flyer distributed to your child/children or contact 03-762469.

VIII- C.N.D. Sports & Entertainment Center:

Will be opened, for the students and their families on the weekends starting June 2^nd, 2018, and daily starting June 23^rd, 2018. For more information, kindly contact 03-578027. A detailed flyer will be provided to your child/children.
