1 – Permanence during the summer vacation – Hazmieh & Jamhour

Every Tuesday of the month of July and Tuesday, August 7 & 28, 2018 from 8.30 till 1.30 p.m.

Every day starting Monday, September 3, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. till 1:30 p.m.

P.S: The reception service is assured to the standard, every day, from 7:30 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. at Hazmieh & Jamhour.

Results:  Friday, September 7, 2018 starting 12.00 p.m.

All parents are requested to pass by the school secretariat from 8:30 a.m. till 1:30 p.m. according to the class of their elder child at school:

• at Hazmieh from 8.30 a.m. till 1.30 p.m. for the students of preschool & elementary classes (French section)
• at Jamhour from 8.30 a.m. till 1.30 p.m. for the students of all the trilingual section, and middle & secondary classes.

in order to:

1- withdraw bills (deadline of the first payment: October, 15^th,  2018).

2- get the school uniform

3- pay : 375 000 L.L./student for: stationary, laboratory, cultural activities, secretariat, library & Insurance.

4- pay:    30.000 L.L./family  for the annual contribution to the Parents Committee box.

N.B.:  1- For all bus students, the parents should drive their children to school only on the morning of the first day.

2- All sections (A, B, C, D) of the same grade have the same academic level. The school has the reserved right to change the section of the students at the beginning of each school year.  

• “Grand College”- Jamhour:  from 7.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
• “Petit College” –  Hazmieh:   from 7.35 a.m. to 2.35 p.m.

Important: It is ultimately crucial that parents should pick up their children between 2.35 pm and 3.00 pm.

Exit gate will be closed at 3.00 pm precisely.
